We reserve the right to refuse any return if we find the item has been tampered with or damaged by the customer.

2. Return

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team here (hyperlink to the contact us page). We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees, within a reasonable time period. Please note that the refund may take some time to be reflected in the account depending on the bank or credit card provider.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you will need to initiate a return of the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Please follow the return process as described in the Eligibility section of this policy. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You can then place a new order for the replacement item through our website. Please note that you will be responsible for any price differences and shipping fees associated with the replacement item. We encourage you to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure that you are ordering the correct item.

5. Non-Eligible Items

Several types of items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
  • Opened or used products
  • Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing for reasons not due to our error
